Shipments and returns

Shipping your parcel

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via GLS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery by GLS Extra with signature request, an additional cost will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your parcel will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

The boxes are suitably large and your items are well protected.

Free Shipping

LucyBags offers free shipping for every order with some exclusions listed below:

• For peripheral areas in Italy, the minimum order to qualify for free shipping is €79.
• For remote areas in Italy, the minimum order to qualify for free shipping is €119.
• For shipments to EU countries outside of Italy, the minimum order to qualify for free shipping is €99.
• For shipments outside of the EU, the minimum order to qualify for free shipping is €119.

Returns

Do you not like the product or have you changed your mind?  You may return the goods received without specifying a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Product, by sending a written communication to the e-mail address supporto@lucybags.store, using the optional withdrawal form below or any other written declaration.
